About KLIM Machining

Who We Are

For more than 10 years, KLIM Machining has helped manufacturers, maintenance teams, and engineers turn critical ideas and broken parts into reliable parts and projects. We’re a Columbus‑based CNC machining, 3D printing, and engineering shop built for the kind of work where tolerance, lead time, and reliability actually matter on the floor.

Fast Facts

  • Based in Columbus, Ohio

  • CNC machining, 3D printing, finishing, and metrology in one shop

  • Tight‑tolerance and complex, multi‑op work

  • Fast RFQ response times and rush breakdown support

Why We Exist

We started KLIM Machining after seeing too many good ideas and critical jobs get stuck between “the engineer’s desk” and “the machine.” Drawings went out, weeks went by, parts came back that didn’t quite fit, and everyone paid for it in downtime and rework. Our shop is built to close that gap: engineers and machinists working side‑by‑side so you get manufacturable designs, solid parts, and realistic lead times up front.

How We Work

When you send an RFQ, we don’t just price the job. We look for tolerance traps, fit issues, and setup choices that could cause problems later. If we see something, we’ll flag it and suggest options so you’re not gambling with scrap or schedule.

Because we handle CNC machining, 3D printing, finishing, and metrology under one roof, you’re not chasing three vendors to get one job done. You get one point of contact, one schedule, and parts that have already been checked against your print before they leave our floor.

We work best with teams that care about total cost and risk, not just the cheapest line item. If uptime, repeatability, and responsiveness matter, you’ll like working with us.
